Confirm your email

Create a new PK2 account. Once the legacy registry is ready, a verified email matching an original record can link that name to you. Old logins won’t carry over.

Lost your old email?

Submit a request for manual review with your character name and context. Never include passwords, identity documents or payment details. A request isn’t approval; check its status in your account.

Priority, then open names

Matching-email priority comes first, then manual recovery. Eligible unclaimed names may be released afterward. Unresolved claims need review, and no automatic release is enabled before dates are set.

A name, not an old account

Requests are free and need no referrals. Food, purchases, hats, items, history and territory won’t transfer.
